How Our Latest Policy Works?
If you encounter the following situations, we will promptly arrange for a new shipment for you after confirmation:
1. Size Issue: If the item you receive doesn’t fit as expected, simply provide us with a photo of you wearing the jersey for confirmation. Once confirmed, you can pay a $15 shipping fee for reshipment, and we will arrange for a new shipment for you.
2. Shipping Delays:
- If the declared shipping time is less than or equal to 30 days, and the time you can track the parcel online exceeds 30 days, please contact us. We will promptly arrange for a free reshipment of the parcel for you.
- If the declared shipping time exceeds 30 days, and it has been over 60 days since you could track the parcel online, please contact us, and we will arrange for a free reshipment of the parcel for you.
3. Customs Hold or Loss: If the parcel is unfortunately lost or held by customs, please provide us with evidence, and we will arrange for a free reshipment for you upon confirmation and ensure you receive it.
